IDEAL DISPATCH provides truck dispatch services — load search, rate negotiation, broker communication, route planning and paperwork support. We are not a freight broker and not a motor carrier. We do not take possession of freight, issue our own rate confirmations as a broker, or assume carrier liability for the loads we help you book.
No legal, accounting, compliance or factoring services
We do not provide legal, accounting, DOT/FMCSA compliance or factoring services. Carriers remain solely responsible for maintaining valid operating authority, insurance, and compliance with all applicable regulations, and should consult qualified professionals for legal, tax or compliance advice.
