Our services
IDEAL DISPATCH provides truck dispatch services: freight search, rate negotiation, broker communication, route planning, load monitoring, and paperwork support such as rate confirmation review and BOL/POD organization.
Carrier responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining valid operating authority, insurance, and compliance with applicable FMCSA and DOT regulations. You retain full authority over your operation, and final decisions on which loads to accept rest with you.
No forced dispatch
We present freight options that match your stated equipment, lanes and goals. We do not require you to accept any load we present.
Fees
Dispatch pricing depends on your equipment, service level and requirements and is agreed with you directly before work begins.
What we don't provide
IDEAL DISPATCH is not a freight broker or motor carrier, and does not provide legal, accounting, DOT compliance or factoring services. You remain solely responsible for your own regulatory compliance and business decisions.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, IDEAL DISPATCH is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from freight, brokers, shippers or third parties outside our control.
Ending the relationship
Either party may end the dispatch working relationship at any time by notifying the other.
